Prior to opening Boutique Bites, chef Elaina Vazquez honed her skills at some of the best restaurants in the United States.
Upon graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, Elaina returned to Chicago to work at the celebrated 4 star restaurant Tru. After Tru, Elaina accepted a position at Avenues at the Peninsula Hotel. After two years at Avenues, Elaina moved to Las Vegas to work at the world-renowned Joël Robuchon at the Mansion, MGM Grand. While working at this 3 Michelin Star restaurant, Elaina began catering for select clients during her free time.
In 2008, Elaina launched Boutique Bites, Catering & Events. She has combined her fine dining background with her love of entertaining.
